   •    الخدمة: أنظمة تتبع الحافلات والمركبات، الإشعارات، لوحة التحكم، والتطبيقات المرتبطة بـ AutoBee.
   •    المستخدم: أي شخص يستخدم موقع أو تطبيق AutoBee، سواء كان ولي أمر، مدرسة، سائق، شركة لوجستية، أو زائر.
   •    الجهة التعليمية/الشركة: أي مؤسسة تعتمد AutoBee لإدارة أسطولها.

2. استخدام الخدمة

يجب استخدام AutoBee بطريقة قانونية وآمنة، ويُمنع:
   •    إساءة استخدام خدمة التتبع
   •    محاولة اختراق النظام أو تعطيله
   •    جمع معلومات غير مصرح بها
   •    تقديم بيانات غير صحيحة
   •    استخدام الخدمة بما يخالف أنظمة المملكة

يحق لـ AutoBee تعليق أو إلغاء الحساب في حال إساءة الاستخدام.

3. دقة المعلومات

أنت تتحمل مسؤولية صحة البيانات التي تقدّمها.
ويحق لـ AutoBee إيقاف الحساب إذا كانت البيانات مضللة أو غير صحيحة.

4. الملكية الفكرية

جميع الحقوق المتعلقة بالتصميم، الشعار، الواجهة، النصوص، الصور، لوحة التحكم، والمواد الأخرى مملوكة لـ AutoBee.
ولا يحق نسخ أو إعادة استخدام أي جزء دون إذن كتابي مسبق.

5. الموقع الجغرافي والتتبع

تستخدم الخدمة بيانات الموقع الجغرافي بعد الحصول على موافقة المستخدم.
قد تؤثر أعطال الشبكة أو GPS على دقة التتبع.
ولا تتحمل AutoBee أي مسؤولية عن تأخير أو خطأ ناتج عن عوامل تقنية خارجة عن الإرادة.

6. الإشعارات

تصل للمستخدم تنبيهات مثل:
   •    قرب وصول الحافلة
   •    بداية الرحلة
   •    التأخير
   •    نهاية الرحلة

ولا نضمن وصول جميع الإشعارات بسبب عوامل الشبكة والجهاز.

7. حسابات المدارس والشركات

عند استخدام AutoBee في جهة تعليمية أو لوجستية:
   •    الجهة مسؤولة عن إدارة حساباتها
   •    تخصيص الصلاحيات لموظفيها
   •    الالتزام بإجراءات حماية البيانات
   •    AutoBee غير مسؤول عن أي إساءة استخدام داخل الجهة نفسها

8. حدود المسؤولية

AutoBee غير مسؤول عن:
   •    الأضرار غير المباشرة
   •    خسائر ناتجة عن أعطال الإنترنت أو GPS
   •    قرارات تتخذها المدارس أو الشركات بناءً على معلومات داخل التطبيق
   •    الاستخدام السيئ للخدمة من قِبل المستخدمين

يتم تقديم الخدمة “كما هي” دون أي ضمانات مطلقة بشأن استمراريتها.

قد يحتوي الموقع أو التطبيق على روابط لمواقع خارجية، ولا تتحمل AutoBee مسؤولية محتواها أو سياساتها.

AutoBee may suspend accounts in case of misuse.
